Perfect Picture Lights collects information from our customers at several different points on our web sites including the order and quote pages. This information is used for the sole purpose of providing you the best possible service when requesting information or ordering products.
When you place an order, we request contact and credit card information. This information is used strictly for billing purposes and to successfully complete and fill orders. If we should have trouble processing an order, the contact information is used to get in touch with you.

GUARANTEE/RETURNS
Our Guarantee to you is simple... If you are ever unhappy with any* lamp (but hi-gloss brass) that you purchased from us, just return it within 14 days in “unused/new*” condition (including any and all parts and hardware in original configuration) for a merchandise refund. Returns may take up to 14 days to process. To make a return you must get an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) by calling Customer Service at 802-635-0005
* Any lamp or order that is valued at $400 - $1,000 is subject to 30% restocking charge based on the advertised price. Any lamp or order that is valued at $1,001 or greater is subject to 50% restocking charge based on the advertised price.
NON-RETURNABLE/ NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Any high gloss brass lamp (#61 finish) (defective lamps will be replaced/repaired)
- Lamps that have been mounted
- Lamps that have been damaged due to shipping by customer
- Any custom order lamps (defective lamps will be replaced/repaired)
- Any SL64 or SL84 lamp (defective lamps will be replaced/repaired)
- Any lamp shipped outside the USA and it's territories.
- Lightbulbs.
OPEN BOX SPECIALS
Open Box Specials are discounted 25% off normal Perfect Picture Lights for the same item. Open Box Specials are items that have been returned by customers, have been inspected, and are considered to be sold in "new" condition. In addition, Open Box Specials are considered "new" under Perfect Picture Lights and manufacturer warranties. Open Box Specials are shipped most of the time in used/returned boxes - this does not effect their status as "new" items.
2NDS SPECIALS
2nds Specials are discounted 60% off normal Perfect Picture Lights for the same item. 2nds Specials are items with minor physical defects (scratches, nicks, etc.) but are guaranteed to be mechanically perfect. 2nds Specials have been returned by customers, inspected, and are considered sold in "used/as is" condition. 2nds Specials are non-returnable/non-refundable. 2nds Specials are not covered under Perfect Picture Lights or manufacturer warranties. 2nds Specials are shipped most of the time in used/returned boxes.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you a receive a damaged item due to shipping you must contact customer service immediately. Please keep ALL packing materials - as these will be inspected by the shipping company (ie. FedEx Ground, UPS, etc.) Perfect Picture Lights is NOT responsible for damage to items caused by shipping - however, we will work with the customer and shipper to help rectify the situation (within 30 days of shipment).
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Perfect Picture Lights will replace defective items (and/or any missing parts) within the first 14 days through the specific manufacturer free of charge. Beyond 14 days, but within the manufacturer's warranty specifications and period, Perfect Picture Lights will help facilitate an exchange through the specific manufacturer.
If a customer receives a defective or damaged item and then decides against a replacement, then the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Perfect Picture Lights - all Return Policies apply (ie. condition of returned item, Notes of Free Shipping).
*Please note that we can not give refunds on custom ordered products. If a custom ordered product is defective that product will be exchanged for the same item upon return of the original in "undamaged" condition. Damaged items are not eligible for exchange or refund. Any damage due to shipping must be brought to the attention of customer service immediately.

CUSTOM ITEMS
All custom items are charged at the time of order. If a custom order is canceled after work has already begun, the customer forfeits a MINIMUM of 50% depending upon at what stage the custom work has been halted. This determination is the sole discretion of Perfect Picture Lights. If the custom work has been completed but not delivered the customer is not entitled to a refund.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Perfect Picture Lights ships most orders within 48 hours (2 business days). Products that are made to order may take longer. All items are shipped Fedex Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority/Confirmation Delivery, depending upon size of order and destination. All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority unless otherwise specified. The following chart reflects normal ground shipping charges within the continental 48 states - shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, USA Territories and may have additional surcharges. Customers outside the USA are responsible for all shipping charges, taxes, duties and fees levied in their countries on packages arriving from the USA.

NOTES ON FREE SHIPPING
"Free Shipping" items go by "ground" only within the continental 48 states. All "Free Shipping" items are delivered via a carrier designated by Perfect Picture Lights. If a customer requires a different carrier other than the carrier designated by Perfect Picture Lights, additional charges may apply.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Perfect Picture Lights accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, checks, money orders, wire transfers and purchase orders (see Purchase Orders below).

PURCHASE ORDERS
Perfect Picture Lights happily accepts purchase orders from public and private learning institutions, religious organizations, non-profit organizations and government entities. Any item ordered via a purchase order will have terms of Net 30 days. However, if a coupon code is being utilized in the purchase order, payment must accompany the purchase order.
